THE DESIGNER
The visionary creative force behind the brand is Rachna Singh, the co-founder of Dhãran. A textile artist by passion, her creations are driven by her infinite love for Indian heritage crafts and dedicated craftsmanship.
With her Masters in Drawing & Painting from Allahabad University and Post Graduation in Textile Design from Indian Institute of Crafts &Design, she has an extensive experience of working at different capacities in the apparel & textile industry for over 15 years. To further earn mastery in fashion design, she pursued Product Fashion Design from London College of Fashion, UK.
Her forte lies in blending art with design and is passionate for quality detailing. Inspired by the rich craft culture of India and realising that her passion for craftsmanship and ethical fashion has ceaseless prospects in the market, she channelised all her focus towards Dhãran.
